OUR STORY

In 2018, Drew and Bruce met on a film set, and discovered they both hailed from the same ancient samurai clan (hence the logo - it’s our family crest). House of Kodo was founded after Bruce left the agency world, with one goal in mind: to make film, with heart.

Drew’s background is in finance, business, and private equity, making him the perfect Director of Operations. Bruce is in development for his debut feature film, which is a spiritual ode to fatherhood. Along the way, his narrative and commercial work has garnered international acclaim. Jade comes from the arts and studied architecture, leading her to become the structural foundation for the company. In this house, we work with a close knit team of creatives on every project, with an emphasis on culture and community.
